Steve Matley

Steve Matley has over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, business consulting and education. He has owned and managed multiple companies of his own, including Building Solid Foundations, LLC, a business management consulting and training firm where he currently serves as CEO, and DCM Group, Inc., a development, and construction management consulting firm. Previously, Steve held positions as a General Building Contractor, a Senior Project Manager for a top rated agency construction management firm and Vice-President of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning for a production homebuilder.

Steve Matley earned his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Chapman University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of La Verne. He is the event moderator for all BuildLeaders.org Strategic Business Summits and serves as Master of Ceremony for many charity and community events including fashion shows, awards celebrations and fund raisers.

Tunde Ogunwole

Tunde Ogunwole is a talented real estate development manager for one of the esteemed Trammell Crow Company, a national recognized developer/builder. 

Working out of the Southern California Division, he’s worked on several projects in Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire, with a product type focus in Class A office and ecommerce logistics centers.

Brian Fox

A graduate of Grand Canyon University and Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Jonathan Preston practices law in Califiornia .   Jonathan brings a strong real estate background having worked for American Title Company for over two years, prior to practicing law in real estate.

Jonathan Preston has extensive experience in the mortgage industry having represented numerous mortgage companies involved in real estate matters, commission disputes, unfair competition issues, and licensing issues.
